Let us tell you about the opportunity

As a Graduate Product Owner, you will work across multiple functions, utilising agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making to continually evolve and launch new products and propositions. As a pivotal member of the Product team, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the business and develop a diverse skill set, particularly in Project and Product Management.  

You'll be provided with all the necessary tools, support, and resources to ensure you feel supported right from day one, ensuring your success and personal development within MotoNovo. And as part of the role, you will be enrolled in a Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship over a two-year period. From the beginning, you'll be actively engaged, working with the Product team to help conceptualise and shape the product offering.  

 

What will your day look like?

  • Working closely with Product Owners and Product Mangers to learn and contribute to product development and the delivery of business change
  • Supporting the identification and delivery of change that will improve product performance
  • Define product requirements and specifications to successful deliver change
  • Assisting in defining the product roadmaps and aligning to the business strategy
  • Supporting the prioritisation of change based on understanding the value that will be delivered and the effort to deliver the change
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing excellent stakeholder relationships to deliver change
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and using insight to make informed decisions

 

What do we expect from you?

  • University graduate from 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, computer science, or engineering
  • Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related field would be highly desirable
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Articulate with a desire to improve customer-facing skills and present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge
  • Organised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively

Please note: in order to qualify for the graduate programme, you need to have lived in the UK for 3 years and if you have a working visa, you need at least 2 years remaining to complete the qualification. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
